Simple POS or single-location setups often take 4–8 weeks. Multi-branch ERP or inventory systems typically take 8–16+ weeks depending on data migration, integrations, and training. We provide a clear timeline after discovery.

Question 6

What pricing models do you offer?

Project Based, Monthly Retainer, Dedicated Developer, and Enterprise Solutions. All start with a free consultation. See /pricing for a comparison and request a quote for your scope.

Question 8

What's the difference between your products and custom development?

Products are ready-made automation tools (some available for online purchase, others quote-only). Custom development is built specifically for your requirements — unique workflows, legacy systems, and ongoing modifications. Custom work requires consultation.

Question 9

How does the consultation process work?

Accepted Answer

Book a free consultation via /contact. We discuss goals, systems, and constraints, then recommend services or products and an engagement model. You'll receive a clear proposal with timeline and quote options.

Question 10

What platforms and technologies do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Python, Django, Laravel, React, Next.js, Flutter, Node.js, Docker, AWS, Azure, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, OpenAI, Claude, and n8n — plus trading platforms like MT4/MT5 and TradingView when needed.

Question 11

Do you offer business automation beyond trading?

Accepted Answer

Yes. WhatsApp/Telegram automation, Excel/Sheets automation, invoicing, scrapers, API connectors, AI chatbots, ERP/POS systems, and custom middleware are core offerings. Trading automation is one specialized service line.

Question 12

Can you integrate with my existing business systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We connect CRMs, e-commerce, accounting software, communication tools (including WhatsApp Business API), and custom or legacy databases via APIs and middleware.

Question 13

How does the licensing system work for purchasable products?

Accepted Answer

Each online purchase grants a license bound according to the product terms (often hardware fingerprinting or single-account use). You receive deliverables, installation guidance, and support for the license period.

Question 14

What payment methods do you accept for online products?

Accepted Answer

Digital asset payments (such as USDT) through secure gateways for purchasable products. Custom projects are invoiced per the agreed proposal (USD or LKR).

Question 15

Do you offer refunds on software products?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if a purchasable product doesn't work as advertised and we cannot resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for details. Custom project terms are defined in the proposal.
